Pricing and Payments
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars.
Functional Sculpture values the security of your personal information. All details entered through POLi go through a secure external payment processing facility. We use encrypted technology which means your details are transmitted securely. We never see or have access to your bank account details, it’s all done through POLi’s transaction facility. This is only between banks in Australia and New Zealand.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Payments will be processed at the time you place an order.
Images and designs
All designs, images and artwork on this website are the copyright of Functional Sculpture. No permission is given to reproduce any of the logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, images or designs featured on this website and any such use my constitute infringement on the owners’ rights.

All orders are subject to various security checks. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or account and communicate your information to the relevant authorities.
Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item.
We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses. If it’s a Return to Sender and our customer want us to resend the order, we charge $17 for the use of our postage if you are an Australian based customer.
Any shipping discrepencies must be addressed within 14 days from date of purchase. We use AusPost Express shipping with Safe Drop. If you don’t want to use Auspost Express Post with Safe Drop, please contact us and we will arrange an alternate postage method.
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse and are not our responsibility. We only have an express postage option. We don’t charge the actual price of express shipping, it changes from suburb to suburb, but on average we give a discount of 30% off express shipping. Read more about shipping here.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted unless items are faulty and unused or you received the wrong product. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Claims on receiving the wrong product or faulty and unused items need to be made within 14 days from time of purchase.
We will refund or replace any unused items that were found to be faulty or if you have received the wrong item if the above process has been made. All refunds are provided in the form of store credit.
We do not cover any accidental damage caused by the use or cleaning of our products.
If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then advise you on how to return your unused item.
